A favorite flower for painting in cold weather, hellebores are also sometimes the only flower available to paint. This is another of the small oils, 5″x5″, which are intended to hang in groups.

This small oil, 5″x5″, is the first of a series of small paintings for a spring show. All of the paintings in this group of 16 are 5″x5″. Other groups are also of small flower paintings, one group only 4″x4″. All should show up here soon!
